§ 150.051 CLEANUP BY CITY.

The city shall proceed to do the work necessary to leave the original premises in a safe and sanitary condition where the permittee does not comply with the requirements of this subchapter. The cost of such work shall be charged against the permittee’s bond or charges assessed to the property and payable at the time of the regular taxes.
