§ 31.032 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   (A)   The Administrator is to be appointed by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council.
   (B)   The City Administrator shall hold office pursuant to a contract which the Council adopted by resolution and shall be subject to removal by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council.
