§ 31.015 NOMINATING PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this section is to designate the method by which candidates for elective city offices shall be nominated.

   (B)   Nominating methods to be used. All candidates for elective city office shall be nominated under the provisions of Iowa Code Ch. 44 or 45.
