§ 134.04 TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

The Chairperson of the Park Commission shall designate streets and driveways for use within the parks and playgrounds and may designate any streets or driveways for one-way traffic and signs shall be placed marking same. The Chairperson of the Park Commission shall also designate parking areas for the parks and playgrounds and signs shall be placed designating areas in which parking is prohibited and allowed.
