§ 130.07 BARBED WIRE; SECURITY FENCING.
   It shall be unlawful for a person to use barbed wire to enclose land, or for any other purpose, within the city, except as follows.
   (A)   Domestic farm animals. Barbed wire fencing may be used to enclose fields or lots where domestic farm animals are permitted to be kept under the Code of Iowa and this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Security fencing. The owner of any property within the city zoned commercial or industrial may, at said owner’s own risk, may utilize a maximum of three strands of barbed wire placed above a solid or woven security fence of six feet or more in height.
