§ 130.05 DEPOSITING GUM OR TOBACCO.

It shall be unlawful for a person to deposit any gum, tobacco quid, cigar or cigarette stubs in, upon or against any sidewalk or the floor, hallways, steps, cellarway, stairway, windows or any other part of any public building or private building commonly open to the public.
