§ 116.138 COMPLAINT RECORDS.
   A written log or an equivalent stored in computer memory and capable of access and reproduction shall be maintained for all service interruptions or complaints regarding system service problems. The grantee shall maintain detailed logs setting forth the date and substance of each service interruption or complaint regarding the system service problems received by phone, mail or other means during the preceding calendar month, and the date and nature of action taken by the grantee to respond to such complaints or, if still pending, the status thereof. Such logs shall be available to the grantor for review for two years thereafter. A COMPLAINT, used herein, shall be a written or oral complaint from a subscriber regarding signal quality or service, but not regarding programming or rates which, in the case of oral complaints is not resolved within the original telephone call or visit from the subscriber.
