The cable system shall be operated and maintained in compliance with FCC rules and regulations Technical Standards K of 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1, part 76, as revised or amended from time to time and attached as Exhibit “B” to the ordinance codified herein. FCC proof of performance test results shall be delivered to the grantor annually or upon written request of the grantor. The grantee shall file a copy of test results performed by the FCC or other governmental regulatory agencies on the cable system with the grantor.
