§ 116.117 PARENTAL CONTROL DEVICES.
   Upon request, and within 120 days, the grantee shall provide at a reasonable charge to subscribers, parental control devices that allow any channel or channels to be locked out. Such devices shall block both the video and the audio portion of such channels to the extent that both are unintelligible. The lockout device described herein shall be made available to all subscribers requesting it beginning on the first day that any cable service is provided.
