§ 116.115 ALL CHANNELS EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM.
   In accordance with the provisions of FCC regulations and as such provisions may from time to time be amended, and as set forth in the franchise agreement, a grantee shall provide an emergency alert system (EAS) for use in transmitting emergency alert signals to all subscribers.
