§ 116.094 DOWNGRADES.
   Subscribers shall have the right to have cable service disconnected or downgraded in accordance with FCC rules. The reduced billing for such service will be effective immediately and such disconnection or downgrade shall be made a soon as practicable. A refund or unused service charges shall be paid to the customer within 30 days from the date of termination of service.
