§ 116.041 RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   The franchising authority may regulate rates for the provision of basic cable and equipment as permitted by the Cable Act, being 47 USC 521 et seq.
   (B)   Any rate adjustments shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 30 days prior to the implementation of the adjustment.
