§ 113.12 PURCHASES FROM MINORS.
   No pawnbroker shall purchase or receive any personal property from any minor without first receiving consent in writing of the parent or guardian, a copy of which must be filed with the Chief of Police at the time of filing the report required in § 113.10 of this chapter.
