§ 112.10 CONDUCT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   A farmer’s or public market permittee, as well as all agents, employees or representatives, shall comply with the following provisions in conducting a farmer’s or public market.
      (1)   No person shall conduct a farmer’s or public market from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. the following day.
      (2)   No person shall erect booths, tables or display merchandise in such a manner as to block pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
      (3)   No person shall erect booths, tables or display merchandise or in any other manner participate in a farmer’s or public market without the express consent of the market manager.

   (B)   Any peddler, solicitor or transient merchant, as defined by Ch. 111 of this code of ordinances, shall not operate within 600 feet of a farmer’s or public market unless an actual participant of the farmer’s or public market. This division (B) shall supersede any other ordinances of the city.
