§ 112.09 MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   To obtain any required and applicable permits and to arrange for appropriate signs and/or barriers to control traffic and/or parking in the area of the market;
   (B)   To create and administer appropriate written rules and procedures for those involved with market activities including participating vendors;
   (C)   To ensure adequate trash container(s) are present in the market and that the market area is reasonably free of trash during and at the close of the market;
   (D)   To notify the Police Department of additions and/or deletions of participating vendors and their display location during market activities; and
   (E)   To require and have on file a current certificate of insurance from each vendor meeting the requirements of § 112.04(B)(8) of this chapter prior to participating in market activities.
