§ 30.050 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The regular meetings of the Council shall be on the first and third Mondays of each month at a time designated by the Council in the Council chambers at City Hall. If such day shall fall on a legal holiday the meeting shall be held the next succeeding day at the same time unless a different day or time is determined by the Council.
