§ 72.18 OFFICIAL VEHICLE PARKING.

(A) Definition. OFFICIAL VEHICLE shall be defined as any local, county, state or federal governmental vehicle marked with official markings and bearing official governmental license plates or other governmental vehicle issued a designated governmental permit by the Chief of Police or his or her designee.

(B) Permitted parking of official vehicles. Parking of official vehicles shall be permitted at locations designated by the city.
