When signs are erected giving notice of “loading zone”, parking is prohibited Monday through Saturday, except when a vehicle is involved in loading, unloading and delivery, subject to the restriction that no vehicle shall occupy a loading zone for purposes of such loading, unloading and delivery at any time to exceed 15 minutes.
