§ 72.09 SPECIAL PARKING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   In addition to parking regulations imposed in this chapter, the City Police Chief or designee, may impose regulations on parking on city streets and property as needed to accommodate special events which, due to their nature, create special traffic considerations requiring specific parking regulations for a limited period of time. Said regulations or prohibitions as may be imposed will be clearly marked and posted with temporary signage.
   (B)   An owner or operator of a vehicle in violation of the provisions of this section shall, in addition to receiving a parking citation, be responsible for towing expenses and said vehicle violating the said provisions of this section may be towed from the public streets within the city whenever said vehicle constitutes a traffic hazard.
   (C)   Such special parking regulation shall be set out in a written notice signed by the Chief of Police and approved by the City Administrator and filed with the City Clerk for public inspection no later than 24 hours prior to the application of said parking regulation.
