§ 159.60 MUNICIPAL INFRACTION APPEAL.

A municipal infraction citation that is issued to any person for a violation of any provisions of this chapter shall not be the subject of an appeal or a request for a variance under this section. All municipal infraction citations shall be governed by the provisions of this code and by Iowa Code § 364.22.
