§ 159.55 APPEAL.
   (A)   Any person affected by any written notice or order issued under the provisions of this chapter may appeal such notice or order to the Newton Building and Trades Board Appeals.
   (B)   The appeal may request that the notice or order be modified or revoked, or that a variance be granted.
