(A) Parking limited to compact vehicles.
(1) For the purpose of this division (A), the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMPACT. Any vehicle with an overall length not exceeding 200 inches and a height not exceeding five feet as measured from the road to the surface to the highest point of the vehicle itself or attachments thereto, including, but not limited to, campers, toppers or racks.
OVERALL LENGTH. Determined according to the data published by the National Association of Automobile Dealers, when available.
(2) Compact vehicles only may be parked or left standing upon the following portions of the streets, avenues and highways of the city. Each distance set out is measured parallel to the curbline on the intersecting street, hereinafter referred to as “beginning point”.

(B) Truck parking limited. No person shall park a motor truck having a width in excess of 82 inches on any public street, alley or other public places, except those places specifically designated herein. No vehicle shall remain parked for a period of time in excess of 24 hours. The provision of this section shall not apply to pick-up, light delivery or panel delivery trucks or official school buses.

(C) Parking limited to ten minutes. No vehicles shall be parked or left standing for a period of longer than ten minutes in the streets, avenues and highways of the city as described by the city.

(D) No stopping or standing zones. No vehicle shall stop or be left standing for any period of time upon city-designated portions of streets, avenues and highways.

(E) Limitations on parking time: 30 minutes. No vehicles shall be left standing or parked for a period of longer than 30 minutes upon the streets, avenues and highways of the city as designated by the city.
