No person shall park a vehicle upon the roadway for any of the following purposes:
(A) Sale. Displaying such a vehicle for sale;
(B) Repairing. For commercial washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except such repairs as are necessitated by an emergency;
(C) Advertising. Displaying advertising;
(D) Merchandise sales. Selling merchandise from such vehicle, except in a duly established market place or when so authorized or licensed under the code of ordinances; and/or
(E) Storage. Storage or as junkage or dead storage for more than 72 hours.
