§ 54.09 DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR SERVICE LINE.
   The Director of Public Works may deny an application for a water service line when, in the judgment of the Director, the extension of a distribution water main rather than a service line is necessary to provide adequate service or to assure the future development of the city Water Utility.
