The rights and privileges granted hereunder shall remain in effect for a period of 25 years from the effective date of this chapter. Grantor shall have the right to review and if it in its sole discretion deems appropriate, terminate the franchise granted by this chapter. The right to review and terminate the franchise may be exercised by Grantor on the following dates: Eight years from the date of enactment of this chapter, 16 years from the date of this chapter. In the event, Grantor elects to terminate the franchise Grantor through its Clerk, shall notify the Grantee in writing at least 180 days before the effective date of termination.
