§ 70.49 ANNUAL SAFETY RECORDS.

The Police Chief shall prepare annually a traffic report which shall be filed with the Mayor and Council. Such reports shall contain information of the number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed and injured, the number and nature of violations and other pertinent traffic data including plans and recommendations for future traffic safety activities.
