§ 70.18 ALTERING, ERASING AND MAKING CHALK MARKS.
   The following shall be deemed violations:
   (A)   Altering or erasing chalk or other marks made by parking enforcement personnel on vehicles parked within a three-hour parking zone.
   (B)   Making chalk or other marks on vehicles parked within a three-hour parking zone similar to marks made by parking enforcement personnel.
