(A) Use sidewalks. Where sidewalks are provided, it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to walk along and upon an adjacent street.

(B) Walking in street. Where sidewalks are not provided, pedestrians shall, at all times when walking on or along a street, walk on the left side of the street.

(C) Pedestrian crossing. Every pedestrian crossing a roadway at any point other than within a marked crosswalk or within an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway.
