§ 70.02 SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES.
   The sections of the Code of Iowa identified below, to the extent they define simple misdemeanor motor vehicle offenses, are hereby adopted by reference to their Code of Iowa chapter and section numbers, the same as if fully set out herein; whenever any such section refers to any other section of the Code of Iowa, the section referred to is also hereby incorporated and adopted by such reference the same as if fully set out herein; violations of all such sections of the Code of Iowa when committed within the city shall constitute offenses against the city; such offenses shall be identified in all charging and court documents with the section number of this section followed by a decimal point and the relevant Code of Iowa section number, to wit:
