In supplementation of the definitions set out in § 10.02 of this code of ordinances, the definitions set out in Iowa Code §§ 123.3, 123.46, 321.1 and Ch. 702, to the extent they relate to simple misdemeanor offenses, are hereby adopted by reference the same as if fully set out herein. The provisions of Iowa Code Ch. 703 defining “aiding and abetting”, “joint criminal conduct”, “accessory after the fact”, “responsibility of employers” and “liability of corporations, partnerships and voluntary associations”, to the extent they relate to simple misdemeanor offenses, are hereby adopted by reference the same as if fully set out herein.
