(A) All-weather surfaces, such as parking spaces, drive aisles, and sidewalks, shall be maintained free from hazardous conditions such as potholes, trip hazards, and signs of deterioration.
(B) All-weather surfaces that have been subjected to deterioration, fractures, fissures, spalling, exposed reinforcement, or detached, dislodged, or failing connections, shall be repaired of replaced to comply with this chapter.
(C) All-weather surfaces shall be free from all weeds regardless of height.
