§ 53.08 ESTABLISHMENT OF THE EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT (“ERU”) SQUARE FOOT EQUIVALENT.
   For purposes of this chapter, the equivalent residential unit (ERU) shall be the equivalent to 4,000 square feet of impervious area as measured from aerial photography.
