§ 52.117 LIENS; NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY.
   Whenever a bill for sewer service remains unpaid as noted in § 52.116 of this chapter and after due notice is served on the property owner, the City Council shall certify to the County Treasurer a statement of lien claimed.
