Where a public sanitary sewer is not available in accordance with § 52.003 of this chapter, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system approved by the County Department of Health. When a public sanitary sewer becomes available, the building sewer shall be connected to said public sewer as required in § 52.003 of this chapter. Private sewage disposal systems within the city may be inspected annually by the County Department of Health. If said inspection determines that repairs are required, said repairs will be completed immediately in accordance with this chapter.
