(A) No waste hauler shall collect wastes from within the corporate limits of the city or shall dump or dispose of wastes, whether from a source inside or outside the corporate limits of the city, into the city’s POTW without first obtaining a commercial septic tank cleaner waste haulers license from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
(B) Waste haulers shall provide a copy of a current state issued license to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent prior to disposal of wastes at the city’s POTW.
