All initial inspection fees, follow-up inspection fees, registration fees and any other fees or penalty assessed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be in such amounts as are set by resolution of the City Council. All such fees shall be published in a fee schedule which shall be kept on file at the office of the City Clerk, and made available for distribution to the public at no cost.
