Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision, section, or paragraph of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of at least $65 but not to exceed $625. Each day a violation occurs and/or remains shall constitute a separate and unique offense.
