§ 34.06 USE OF EXISTING FACILITIES.
   In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Mayor and department heads of the city shall utilize, to the maximum extent practicable, the services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments and agencies of the city at their respective levels of responsibility.
