§ 34.05 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Council may provide for the administration of this chapter. Such administration shall be responsible for the administration of emergency planning matters, including emergency resource planning in the city, and coordination of available services in the event of a disaster and such other duties as set out in Iowa Code Ch. 29C.
