§ 33.34 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS AT FIRE TO RESTRICT SPECTATORS.
   The Fire Chief, or next in command in the absence of the Chief, may prescribe limits in the vicinity of a fire within which no persons shall be permitted to come, except those owning buildings therein or residing therein, members of the Fire Department, the Mayor, members of the police force, members of the City Council, and those admitted by the Chief or the Chief’s subordinates. Any person who willfully enters the limit so prescribed without proper authority may, upon conviction, be punished as provided in this code.
