The Fire Chief shall provide and cause to be posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises of the emergency services center, a set of rules and regulations approved by the Council for the management and government of the officers, members and equipment of the Fire Department. The violation of these rules by any member, or the willful refusal or neglect of any member of the Department to perform the duties of the member’s station or to obey the orders of the member’s superior officers shall be just grounds for disciplinary action or removal.
