§ 33.25 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   Members of the Department shall be appointed as follows.
   (A)   Paid Division. Appointments to the Paid Division shall be made by the Fire Chief in accordance with civil service procedures.
   (B)   Call Division. Appointments to the Call Division shall be made by the Fire Chief pursuant to procedures approved by the Council.
