(A) For purposes of this plan, the Emergency Manager or Deputy Emergency Manager shall serve as the planning coordinator. As such, the Coordinator will have overall authority and responsibility for the maintenance of the plan in cooperation with the Scott County Emergency Management Office.
(B) This plan will be updated and reviewed by the Emergency Manager or Deputy. The plan will be reviewed and approved by the Mayor and City Council in a timely manner. The plan is subject to review by Scott County Emergency Management.
(C) This plan will be distributed to all city government departments and agencies which have emergency assignments in the event of a major disaster in the City of New Prague. A plan distribution list will be maintained by the Emergency Manager. (Attachment #12)
(D) The City of New Prague will comply with Public Law 99-499, (SARA) training and exercise requirements, as published. Information about both scheduled and previously conducted training and exercises are available from the Scott County Emergency Management Office.
