(A) The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction, as well as any of the remedies available.
(B) The City Council may declare the holding of an assembly in violation of this chapter to be a public nuisance, and may order the abatement thereof upon such a finding. Any individual violating any provision of this chapter may be charged with a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished thereof as provided by law. The City Council empowered to enforce this chapter, and any person who violates, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with the provisions or the enforcement of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
