Consistent with Minnesota statutes and the City Charter, specifically §§ 2.02, 2.10 and 3.08 of the City Charter, the following boards and commissions listed in this chapter are hereby created, or recreated and affirmed consistent with Minnesota statutes, the City Charter, city ordinances and the specific enabling resolutions. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all boards and commissions listed in this chapter, unless a specific requirements or condition is imposed by Minnesota statutes, the City Charter, city ordinances or a specific enabling resolution.
