(A) Mayor. Effective January 1, 2015, the salary of the Mayor shall be $425 per month.
(B) Council members. Effective January 1, 2015, the salary of each member of the Council shall be $325 per month.
(C) Payments. The salaries of the Mayor and Council members are payable monthly.
(D) Special meetings. The Mayor and each Council member are to be paid an additional $50 for each special Council meeting attended that is called for the benefit of an applicant or an applicant's project. The applicant requesting the special Council meeting is responsible for paying the cost referenced herein prior to the date of the special Council meeting.
(E) Reimbursement of expenses. The Mayor and each Council member attending any meeting or other business relating to the function of the city shall be entitled to reimbursement for their expenses, provided, that such reimbursement is authorized by the Council. This provision shall not apply to attendance at regular and special Council meetings or for the performance of routine Council business.
