§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A minor found to be in violation of § 130.02 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced to the payment of a fine of $25.
   (B)   A minor found to be in violation of § 130.02 on two separate occasions within the period of one year shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced to the payment of a fine of $50 or to ten hours of community service or any combination thereof.
   (C)   A minor found to be in violation of § 130.02 on more than two separate occasions within the period of one year shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced to the payment of a fine of $100 or to 20 hours of community service or any combination thereof.
   (D)   Any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the primary care and custody of a minor or one exercising temporary supervision of a minor who has knowingly or negligently permitted the minor to violate § 130.02 on at least one prior occasion shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
