§ 116.17 DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Any license issued hereunder may be denied, suspended or revoked for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   Any conflict with the City Zoning Ordinance;
      (2)   Any conflict with any health, building, or building maintenance or provision of this code or any other city ordinance or state law;
      (3)   Failure by the applicant to comply with one or more provisions of this chapter;
      (4)   Fraud, misrepresentation or bribery in securing a license;
      (5)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements in the course of the applicant’s business;
      (6)   The applicant was convicted of violating any law relating to theft, damage or trespass to property, sale of a controlled substance or unlawful operation of business within the preceding ten years.
   (B)   The appropriate local law enforcement agency shall be notified by the city of any licensee whose license has expired or been surrendered, suspended or revoked.
