§ 115.04 REGULATIONS FOR STORAGE.
   The property upon which the junk is stored by the license holder must be enclosed by a tight board fence not less than eight feet high. The fence shall be painted white, shall have no advertisement of any manner appearing thereon, and no items of junk or other debris shall be affixed or hung over the fence.
