§ 115.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, persons, or corporations to buy, sell, or store any type of secondhand metal within the corporate limits of the city without the person, persons, or corporation having first obtained the license to do so from the City Council in accordance with the terms and provisions of this chapter.
